Shannon teaches a diverse range of classes and has received advanced training in Chinese medicine, myofascial release, yin yoga, and meditation. She believes that through yoga we become keenly aware of our bodies, minds, and emotions; that by tuning in we learn how to heal, nourish, and know ourselves from the inside out. Shannon is down to earth and meets her students where they are, promoting transformation through steady and consistent practice.
From Vinyasa, restorative, chair yoga to meditation, Alexis offers a range of styles. No matter the style, the practice and the poses are built from the ground up. You will connect breath to movement in tailored sequences and always do so with guided intention. Every class is structured for any age and every level of experience. Alexis sees each time on the mat as an opportunity for students to explore their interpretation of their practice and connect back to body and self.
